That's not the best source, but IJR is the direct competitor of Breitbart, which means that IJR's two White House sources may be people who dislike Steve Bannon (formerly of Breitbart).

To start the ball rolling:

Am disappointed that the SCOTUS nominee is another federal judge who went to Harvard Law.

But I guess the fact that this guy lives in Colorado counts as "diversity."

Anybody know his religion?

Does he just kill the babies, or does he eat them, too. Waste not, want not, right?

49 is pretty young. I don't know, but definitely amongst the youngest in the modern era. Either could be on the court in 2050

Right there with Roberts and Kagan who were both 50 when they went on the big bench.

Agreed on disappointment in breaking the HYS stranglehold on the court. But the only on-t14 candidate was Pryor. Despite being pretty libertarian, Pryor would have been a huge bees nest based on his comments regarding abortion.

Gorsuch is the most acceptable and confirmable candidate on the list. Hardiman scared me as another Merrick Garland boner for the government on everything guy.

Shows that Trump doesn't want to spend too much political capital on SCOTUS now. Gorsuch is the safe pick.

Too bad it's another Harvard grad.

Hardiman was the super safe pick. Gorsuch is the safest of the "this guy isn't going to Warren/Brennan/Stevens/Souter us, right?" Picks. Pryor would have been a nightmare because of his abortion comments and Sykes would have faced push back because she is a woman.

A lawyer, an HYS spawn AND a sitting federal judge? Really? Makes you wonder what th election was about. I was hoping for a non-lawyer (unlikely, I know), a non-judge (Cruz is crazy but would've been an ok judge; too bad he was such an a-hole to Trump), and definitely not a sitting federal judge (only things they learn on the bench is arrogance and contempt for the Constitution; also, how to lord it over clerks). Too bad. Oh well, Trump can't fight everybody's battles all day, maybe his next pick will be better.

Nah, you wouldn't want Cruz. He is untrustworthy. His real roots are with the open borders, globalist neocons. Trump could very well have a chance to pick two or maybe even three more justices over the next four years, so who knows whether he picks Cruz someday, though.

So much for drain the swamp.
