Hi. Hoping some of you with a more developed litigstion background can help me out. I'm an in-house transactional guy and rarely get involved with litigation.

I was injured in my car this weekend where my hand was seriously lacerated when I attempted to open the car door from the interior drive side. Hyundai uses an anodized film metal coating on its door handles, which dislodged at the seam and turned into a razor blade when my finger pulled open the door handle. I was bleeding profusely and had to go to the ER for stitches. The car was purchased in 2010 and there are reports on the Internet going all the way back to 2003 where people were injured in this manner. I currently live in Mass. The car was purchased in NJ. I am an attorney in both of these states. The accident occured in New Hampshire when I was coming home from a weekend in the woods. I am not barred in NH. I would like to file a claim in Massachusetts since I currently live in Mass. and I am barred here as well. What sort of jurisdictional issues does this pose? The accident occured in NH, the car was bought in NJ, I currently live in MA. I thank you in advance for your insight!
